Role OverviewJoin our Platform team as a Senior Engineer to make our engineering organization faster, more reliable, and more joyful. Act as a force multiplier by identifying friction in the development lifecycle, architecting shared patterns, and unblocking technical debt that slows the team down.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams, design and implement reusable patterns, take ownership of systemic performance issues, lead nebulous technical challenges, and actively mentor and coach engineers.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- proven track record of leading teams and providing technical direction
- deep passion for mentorship
- prior experience within Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience (DevEx) teams
- deep professional expertise in the Node.js/TypeScript ecosystem
- hands-on experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Kafka
- proven ability to 'unroll' complex legacy code and replace it with scalable, maintainable architecture
