Role OverviewThe Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead will serve as the senior technical lead responsible for guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering Digital Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, software engineering, cloud modernization, DevSecOps, data analytics, and AI-enabled mission capabilities. The role requires strong technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills to support the execution and growth of advanced engineering programs supporting the Department of War, Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, and Federal Civilian agencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, DHS, or Federal Civilian customers.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, Digital Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, DevSecOps, cloud modernization, systems engineering, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and systems engineering principles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
