Role OverviewAs a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving requirements and executing software projects on prem and in the cloud. This position will be full-time and onsite in Woodbridge, NJ. This position may pivot to hybrid after several months.
What You Will Do
Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with organizational objectives and coordinate business users, managers, and technical teams throughout all project phases from initiation through go-live.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong experience leading projects with a software and functional hardware component, including leading discovery efforts or fact-finding efforts, and knowledge of JIRA project management and service desk tools are preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field
- 8-10 years of project management experience including leading software (on prem or in the cloud) projects
- Strong experience leading projects with a software and functional hardware component
- Knowledge of JIRA project management and service desk tools
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
