This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where you'll partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape how MX's platform is implemented and scaled.
What You Will Do
Partner with customers and stakeholders, design end-to-end architectures, drive technical discovery and feasibility, act as a trusted advisor, support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, collaborate across teams, document and communicate clearly, and continuously improve.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role
- 5+ years of experience designing cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern distributed systems
- 4+ years of experience partnering directly with customers or stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- 4+ years of experience leading or contributing to end-to-end solution design, including APIs, data flows, and system integrations
