Role OverviewThe Marlin Alliance is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Solutions Architect in San Diego, CA to provide client support to our Navy client. This is an on-site role and applicants must have active DoD Secret Clearance. The role is part of a digital transformation company dedicated to ensuring clients compete and win in tomorrow's digital world.
What You Will Do
Provide technical leadership and coordination across all aspects of the capability portfolio, ensure coordination of all interacting systems within the enterprise and its extended environments, and work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in software development, system engineering, or related field, and at least 8+ years of experience working as a solutions architect. They will also have experience with DOD C2, ISR, or combat systems, and be familiar with the MBSE approach and tools.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Security + certification may be required
- 12+ years in software development, system engineering, or related field, or additional years in lieu of degree
- At least 8+ years of experience working as a solutions architect, experience as a Lead or Chief Solutions Architect
- Experience with DOD C2, ISR, or combat systems (US Navy preferred)
- Experience with system architecture design
- Experience with creating a product roadmap
- Familiarity with MBSE approach and tools or experience with framework/approach similar to MBSE such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- US Citizenship is required
- Active Secret clearance required
- TS SCI clearance preferred
