Senior Solutions Engineer

The Senior Solutions Engineer will be a key technical partner throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, bridging the gap between customer requirements and Worth's AI-powered platform. They will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include partnering with the sales team, leading product demonstrations, developing implementation plans, serving as a technical point of contact, designing customer training programs, and capturing client feedback.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation, with hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React, and a working knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in FinTech.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation role within FinTech, RegTech, or a B2B SaaS platform serving financial institutions
• Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in FinTech
• Experience with KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud/identity verification workflows is a significant advantage
