Role OverviewThe Senior Sourcing Analyst will coordinate, oversee, and process procurement of all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, and/or services for the operation of divisions within Central Office. The role requires determining compliance with Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and communicating with internal and/or external customers to resolve errors or discrepancies.
What You Will Do
The Senior Sourcing Analyst will prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders, gather and review specifications for purchases and solicitations, contact suppliers to obtain or verify supplier information, and assure accuracy, correctness, and compliance with all established procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 30 months of experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing, or completion of an undergraduate core program in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management, or logistics, supply chain management, operations management, or other sourcing related field.
