Role OverviewThe Senior Sourcing Manager leads complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and category strategies, driving cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier performance across key spend areas. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, bridging execution and strategy by translating business priorities into sourcing approaches and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Lead sourcing initiatives for moderately complex to complex categories, execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, support category strategy development, lead supplier negotiations, and oversee contract execution and lifecycle management.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contract management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and enterprise-wide procurement tools
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and align competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, market intelligence, and financial evaluation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with supplier management, negotiation, and analytical skillsets
