Role OverviewThe Senior Specialist - Construction Technology serves as MacAllister Machinery's senior technical subject matter expert for advanced Cat technology solutions. The role leads advanced technology deployments, commissioning, customer enablement, and adoption initiatives while serving as the primary technical resource for emerging construction technologies.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning, commissioning, and operational readiness of advanced Cat technology solutions, including Cat Command, MineStar, Cat Detect, Cat Payload, VisionLink Productivity, and emerging Autonomy platforms. Serve as MacAllister's primary project lead and customer liaison for advanced technology implementations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with Caterpillar equipment, heavy equipment technology, product support, equipment sales, fleet management, or related construction technology functions. Experience in equipment Sales, Product Support, Service, Fleet Management, construction technology, or related heave equipment operations is also preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GET equivalent
- Associate’s degree, technical school certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field
- 7 years or more of experience with Caterpillar equipment, heavy equipment technology, product support, equipment sales, fleet management, or related construction technology functions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively across Indiana and Michigan service territories
