Develop and execute global affiliate growth strategies, manage partner relationships, forecast channel performance, own budget allocation, and deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnership marketing, or a related growth marketing function
- Demonstrated experience owning channel-level performance metrics, including revenue, CAC, ROAS, or similar commercial KPIs
- Experience managing affiliate programs through platforms such as Impact and Awin
- Strong analytical skills and experience using business intelligence and reporting tools to gather data to drive business decisions and optimize performance
- Experience building forecasts, managing budgets, and evaluating marketing investments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a direct-to-consumer, subscription, consumer technology, or health and wellness business
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
