Professionals in this function bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The role is located in Dallas, TX or San Diego, CA and requires 3 days a week onsite.
What You Will Do
Provide application support for enterprise human resource systems and related platforms. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Develop, test, debug, and document enhancements and fixes for business applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience

- Experience with system analysis, design, and full lifecycle development practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and application-level issues
- Familiarity with enterprise human resource systems and business process workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
