What You Will Do
Serve as a point of contact for employees, assist with resolving employee issues, promote a positive work environment, support performance reviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- +5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HR processes and tools, including background checks, STAR interviewing, DISC assessments, and competency models
