Job Description
The Senior Specialist, Human Resources role is responsible for managing timely responses to Associate concerns, conducting investigations, and providing Associate Relations support for critical incidents. The role also involves coaching and counseling business unit leadership, facilitating training and climate surveys, and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and external laws.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit retail HR or similar Associate Relations Call Center/Shared Services experience
  • Workplace Investigations Training
  • Knowledge of NLRB-related issues
  • Degree(s) in Business Administration, Organization Development, Human Resources, or other related field
