Role OverviewThis position will be responsible for developing relationships with regional leaders to assist with all areas of Human Resources, including labor relations, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, training and development, performance management, and additional areas of need.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned employee group, providing generalist support across recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management. Interpret and administer Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs); advise leaders on contract provisions and labor-related matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience or managing in a unionized environment required
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Experience conducting investigations and managing grievance processes preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
