Role OverviewThe Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, Team Telecom is responsible for implementing the compliance requirements of the National Security Agreement between SES and the U.S. Government. The incumbent works with multiple functional areas within the company to collect information and process requests for national security approvals of equipment, vendors, and personnel, transactions, and managing and updating associated databases and records.
What You Will Do
Process and follow-up on requests for Team Telecom approval, prepare routine and non-routine filings, support NSA Security Officer, LEPOC, and Cyber team handling of Security Incident Reports, and continually assess compliance posture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in external/internal audit, legal/regulatory compliance, project management or related fields
- Experience in communications industry or national security
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage databases or data analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Office 365, SAP
