Role OverviewThe Senior Fashion Designer will work closely with the Design Director on the development of the line, supporting the Creative Director with the design process from initial inspiration to final production.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing an assistant, delegating workflow, communicating with sales and production, and creating and executing on the vision of the Creative Director.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of fashion design experience, a background in sportswear design, and strong flat sketching abilities.

- Minimum 6+ years of fashion design experience
- Background in sportswear design
- Knowledge of garment construction and patterns
- Strong flat sketching abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter and proactive worker
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Fluent in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to sketch (Flats/Floats) in Procreate or Illustrator
- Eye for Merchandising, Assorting Fabrics/Garments accordingly
