Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support corporate and development accounting functions, with an emphasis on pre-development activities, transaction processing, reconciliations, cost tracking, compliance support, and financial documentation.
What You Will Do
Prepare accounting entries, monthly variance explanations, bank reconciliations, and job cost reconciliations. Track and record pre-development costs, communicate with internal departments, and assist with special projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
