Job Description
Seeking an experienced mixed-signal IC product definition engineer to work with the Renesas Memory Interface Architecture team to create specifications for cutting edge integrated circuits.
Requirements
10+ years of direct experience in ASIC/IC design/architecture.
Experience with architecting mixed-signal designs and writing device-level or sub-system specifications
Fluency in ASIC design methodology, both analog and digital
Experience in the DRAM Memory industry
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience working in or with JEDEC
Public speaking experience
Experience with Adobe FrameMaker and Visio/Illustrator
