What You Will Do
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of NPI product releases, manage end-to-end program planning, tracking, and execution, and oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 12+ years of Semiconductor industry experience
- At least 6+ years as an NPI Program Manager
- Prior experience at a fab or assembly site as a process or integration engineer
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and partnership skills
- Highly analytical with strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Fast learner with the ability to adopt new tools, systems, and processes
