Requirements

  • 10+ years in software engineering with a focus on high-scale distributed systems and API platform architecture
  • Deep experience navigating compliance, security, and data residency challenges
  • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear strategic proposals
  • Experience with modern cloud stacks and backend technologies, and automated testing and operational discipline
  • AI-Native Developer with the ability to guide the organization in adopting AI-assisted engineering practices
