What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain innovative capabilities across both on-premises and SaaS offerings. Partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical strategy and influence the long-term product roadmap.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Strong software development experience in C++ and/or Go
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
- Experience with data protection, storage systems, filesystems, or related infrastructure technologies is a plus
- Experience building cloud-native applications, SaaS platforms, microservices, or distributed infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Passion for software quality, testing methodologies, and engineering best practices
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
