Job Description
The Senior Staff Test Engineering will oversee the entire test strategy and execution for a portfolio of Battery Management System (BMS) products, including test programs, automated test equipment, and high-volume production of integrated circuits. The role requires technical depth in mixed-signal and SOC IC testing and strong leadership to drive design for test, continuous improvement, product quality, and time-to-market.

Requirements

  • Work in a team of test engineers fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for new BMS IC products, covering all phases from new product introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Oversee the design, development, and debugging of automated test programs and hardware interfaces for ATE platforms.
  • Ensure that test coverage is robust and sufficient to guarantee the performance, reliability, and safety of product, including key functions like voltage/current monitoring, state-of-charge calculation, and cell balancing.
  • Analyze test data to monitor product yield, identify trends, and drive root-cause analysis for failures in collaboration with design, process, and manufacturing teams.
