Job Description
Lambda is seeking an experienced Senior Stock Administrator to help build out their equity program. This role involves managing global equity administration, working closely with various teams, and proactively educating employees about their compensation. The position requires leadership and a deep understanding of stock administration best practices in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in stock administration, majority in a publicly traded company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with stock options and RSUs.
  • Experience with global year-end filings and qualified plans.
  • Experience with 10b5-1 trading plans.
  • Experience in end-to-end internal audits, project management, controls evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong executive presence/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Strong customer focus, organizational skills, work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of initiative and the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort navigating multiple teams.
