Role Overview

Join Box's Equity team as a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Stock Plan Analyst. Manage end-to-end Stock Plan Administration of Box's global equity programs, including equity grants, option exercises, RSU releases, ESPP administration, and special projects. Partner with key stakeholders across the business to ensure accuracy, compliance, reporting, and efficiency of equity operations, while delivering a best-in-class employee experience globally.

What You Will Do

Serve as a subject matter expert in global equity compensation, manage equity transactions, coordinate ESPP enrollment and purchase cycles, oversee quarterly and year-end close and reporting, and analyze and reconcile equity data.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in equity compensation, preferably within a public, global company
  • In-depth knowledge of equity platforms such as Charles Schwab EquiView (or equivalent systems) and managing platform processes end-to-end
  • Strong understanding and experience of equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP) and related compliance, tax, and reporting requirements
  • Strong experience supporting internal/external audits and ensuring compliance with SOX and ASC 718
  • Experience managing complex reconciliations, close processes, and equity-related financial reporting
  • CEP certification (or active progress toward it) strongly preferred
