Role OverviewAs a Senior Strategic Communications Coordinator, you will support the development and implementation of communication and engagement plans, including target audience strategy. You will write copy for communication pieces, coordinate public meetings, and develop task workback schedules and meeting plans. You will also collaborate with specialists in social media, web, graphics, and video to produce outreach tools and materials.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include writing copy for communication pieces, coordinating formal and informal public meetings, organizing meeting logistics, and developing and implementing task workback schedules and meeting plans. You will also coordinate the production and distribution of outreach materials, collaborate with specialists, and identify stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish & English
- Experience writing for various media (web, brochure, newsletter, social media, etc.)
- Willingness to travel (up to 20% of time)
- Ability to drive or independently get oneself to project locations
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Experience working with remote teams/clients
- General professionalism and ability to represent HDR in front of clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
