Role OverviewLeads the Strategic Sourcing Team to determine the optimum solution for internal customer needs based on market capabilities. Responsible for the reduction of Total Cost of Ownership without compromising business strategy.
What You Will Do
Manages data analysis, cost modeling, and RF(x) development on spend for designated projects; leads the team through processes to conduct internal needs analysis; determines optimum supplier solutions; selects strategic suppliers and negotiates agreements.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline
- Minimum of 5-8 years related experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, field operations and/or project management
- Strategic Sourcing training and practical Strategic Sourcing experience
- Supervisory experience to lead a small team up to 5 to 7 team members
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point knowledge needed
- Technical education (i.e. Industrial Engineering, Engineering or similar) is preferred
