Job Description
Loaded and Open World are market leaders in gaming talent management and strategic brand consultancy. They are seeking a Senior Strategist, Gaming to lead influencer and marketing strategy across Open World, with a focus on gaming audiences, creator ecosystems, and launch strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience building marketing or campaign strategy in an agency, gaming, or entertainment environment.
  • Strong understanding of gaming audiences, gaming culture, and player communities.
  • Top notch creative ideas that set Open World apart in the creator ecosystem
  • Experience working with influencer or creator-led campaigns.
  • Ability to translate audience research and platform data into clear marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with creator platforms including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Discord.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort in client-facing settings.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
