Job Description
LEAP Space is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer - Designer to work on rapid-response, mass producible launch solutions. The role will focus on taking vehicle structures from concept to production with detailed component and system level structural design. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of design experience, CAD software skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • Mechanical, mechatronic or Aerospace engineering degree (Required)
  • 6 years design experience (Required)
  • CAD software such as NX, CREO, or Solidworks (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to work and documentation
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, or domains as needed
