Role OverviewThe Senior Engineer is responsible for the design of precast concrete structures and ensuring all engineering work meets safety, quality, and code requirements. This role leads project design efforts, supports project execution from concept through completion, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers.
What You Will Do
Design and analyze precast structures to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance, review and verify calculations and drawings for accuracy and engineering approval, lead and support project design teams to meet technical and project milestones, and mentor and guide junior and entry-level engineers in design and engineering practices.

Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in precast or structural design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices
- Proficiency with design and engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
