Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Structurer to lead a Deal Team for Transactions, facilitating the execution of Property & Casualty (P&C) structured reinsurance solutions. The role involves collaborating with Client Markets and the wider team to identify and originate P&C transaction opportunities in the Americas.
What You Will Do
Meet with clients and brokers to understand client challenges, design strategic solutions, and manage transaction processes. Develop strong professional relationships with key external and internal clients, and represent PCSS as an innovator and structural thought leader.

Requirements
- College degree required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial/insurance industry
- Actuarial or corporate finance qualifications a plus
- Reinsurance experience either in Underwriting, Risk Management or Marketing
- Thorough understanding of reinsurance products, markets, and risk, and actuarial principles
- Strong financial acumen with capital management / solvency proficiency
- Client-oriented and desire to be integral to the success of our clients

Benefits
- Base salary range $136,000 to $204,000 in Schaumburg, $144,000 to $216,000 in Armonk
