Role OverviewThe Senior Subcontracts Coordinator will perform duties related to procurement, negotiation, and management of subcontracts for technical commodities in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, specifically within the technical commodities industry, and will be highly organized, a relationship builder, and a customer service-driven team player.
What You Will Do
The Senior Subcontracts Coordinator will finalize orders with subcontractors, manage subcontractors until project completion, purchase commodities and technical equipment, review purchase requisition packages, prepare bid requests, and interface with all departments to resolve problems with purchased items.

The ideal candidate will have savvy negotiation skills, a background in procurement, and experience with international purchasing. The candidate will also have a working knowledge of SAP and knowledge of industrial water and wastewater treatment systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering
- Seven or more years of experience in purchasing (procurement) of technical commodities
- Three or more years of experience with international purchasing
- Three or more years of experience with SAP, preferred
