Role OverviewAs a Senior Substation Project Engineer at HDR, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate the design and development of substation projects. You will establish client relations, participate in marketing and production meetings, and assume technical lead within a project execution team. You will also participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance and conduct design development and contract document work sessions at the project site.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating workload, completing project deliverables on schedule, and working with the Project Manager and Project Controller on project reviews with management. You will also direct the activities of other engineering professionals and act as a mentor to other staff members.
