Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst in our Enterprise Business Systems team.
What You Will Do
Translate business requirements into system configurations, create solution designs, and perform hands-on configuration and issue resolution in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related Engineering field
- 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM
- Hands-on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules
- Hands-on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication
- Hands-on SuccessFactors integration experience with 3rd party system e.g. Fidelity, UKG, Concur Etc
- Extensive experience in production support involving integration with EC to other systems
- Strong techno functional skills
- Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets
