What You Will Do
Demonstrate technical proficiency in multiple aspects of heavy civil construction, plan and organize work to maximize crew productivity, and supervise field managers. You will also review job costs, implement adjustments, and follow the Allan Myers Safety Program.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and at least 6 years of heavy civil construction experience. Experience in multiple trade disciplines and OSHA 30 hour certification are preferred.
