Role OverviewThe Technical Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of the technical team. The position supports the efforts of a production shift by coordinating the technical aspects of the production process to include scheduling and distribution of work/assignments to technical personnel, securing and coordinating materials, and equipment to achieve the most efficient utilization of machinery and labor hours.
What You Will Do
Provide for safety and security of employees and Company property, plan labor assignments and schedules, confirm documentation and computer entries, provide employees with continuous instruction, handle day-to-day supervisory responsibilities, and ensure product quality.

Requirements
- Minimum H.S Diploma or equivalent with combination of experience and education
- Four (4) year college degree preferred
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Previous frontline leadership, supervisory experience in an industrial setting
