Role OverviewThe Senior Supervisor is accountable for all actions concerning Manufacturing, Safety, Productivity, and Quality, reporting to the Production Manager.
What You Will Do
Gives daily work assignments to personnel, monitors progress, maintains files and records, evaluates performance, and initiates training or corrective action.

Requirements
- Regular and timely attendance is required
- Two year associate's degree and/or 3 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of AWS requirements for welded structures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Math aptitude and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Current computer skills, including email, Word, and Excel
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Action-oriented and results-driven
- Sound business ethics and high degree of integrity
