As a Senior Supervisor, Human Resources, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting and elevating the employee experience across the park.
What You Will Do
Assist in executing daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll-related inquiries, and partner with department leadership to execute high-volume hiring strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 2–4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-volume or service environment
- Previous them park experience helpful
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards
- Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce, UKG, iCIMS preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak operating days
