Role Overview

The Senior Supervisor (Internal and External), Capital Delivery Supervision will support the safe, efficient, and effective execution of field construction and maintenance activities by providing daily supervision and coordination of assigned crews in accordance with departmental and National Grid requirements. The role involves providing direct, on-site supervision of union and/or contractor crews working on capital projects and system maintenance, and assisting in the development and execution of work plans, schedules, safety plans, and outage plans.

The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes of this role include providing direct, on-site supervision of union and/or contractor crews working on capital projects and system maintenance, assisting in the development and execution of work plans, schedules, safety plans, and outage plans, and monitoring daily crew activities to ensure safe work practices are being followed.
