Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion for leading, developing, and coaching a manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product-specific schedule attainment and daily production execution to ensure customer and business commitments are met.

What You Will Do

Ensures all quality related items for one cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards. Leads daily production execution for the assigned cell, establishing priorities and coordinating resources to meet production, customer, and business commitments.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE, QCPC, etc.)
• Experience in team leadership roles
• Experience working with all levels of management
• Highly self-directed, quick learner, strong drive and results driven
• Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
