Job Description
Provides oversight and leadership to residential programs, collaborating with medical coordinators and direct care staff to ensure quality services are provided to individuals with disabilities. Supports the mission of Residential Services, creating a safe and functional living environment and empowering individuals to make decisions affecting their lives.

Requirements

  • Ensure residential program is of high quality and follows regulatory requirements
  • Maintains knowledge of program support area needs
  • Responsible for staffing activities including selection, supervision, and retention of staff
  • Ensures appropriate, effective, and timely communication across all program settings
  • Assumes leadership role in the development and sustenance of positive interpersonal relationships
  • Responsible for fiscal management duties
  • Coordinates placements and ensures pre-admission requirements are met
  • Ensures efficient, confidential and comprehensive record keeping
