Job Description
Manage the respite program, including staff selection, supervision, training, and retention. Assist in program development and outreach. Utilize and manage human resources to ensure quality direct services.
Requirements
Associates degree in Human Services or related area
1 year of experience in Human Services or 3 years combination of Education and Human Service experience
Completion of and/or enrollment in agency Management Training
Valid New York State Driver's License
CPR certification
Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R) certification
