Job Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Metals to support the transfer of sheet metal components to our suppliers. This role reports into our Global Supply Management team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal parts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-volume sheet metal forming/coating processes (stamping, bending, welding, laser cutting, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of tolerancing and GD&T principles.
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Familiarity with sheet metal coatings and finishes (e.g., nickel plating).
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
