Senior Supply Chain Manager

Ardelyx is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on redefining treatment approaches for patients with significant unmet medical needs. The Senior Supply Chain Manager provides oversight of CMO partners to ensure the timely delivery of materials, effective cost management, supply continuity, and execution of change controls.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory accuracy, resolving supply chain issues, coordinating logistics activities, ensuring compliance with ex-US market requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the API supply network.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical, scientific, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline
• 6 -8 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or CMC project management
• Demonstrated experience in API project management or supply chain for a virtual supply chain network
• Experienced in managing external manufacturing relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and computer skills
• Excellent negotiating and problem-solving abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
