Role OverviewThe Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for optimizing the company’s end-to-end global supply chain, including Asia, North America, and other key international markets. This role provides strategic support in sourcing, procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient operations across all regions.
What You Will Do
Support global supply chain operations, develop global sourcing and inventory strategies, support strategic partnerships with key vendors, and lead global process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in global procurement, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity, and hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related experience
- At least 3 years of experience in global procurement
- At least 1 year in a managerial capacity
- At least 2 years of experience managing U.S. and Asia supply chains
- Hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing
- Hands-on knowledge of ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to manage cross-regional teams and complex international supply networks
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Deep familiarity with ERP operations(NetSuite preferred) and systems optimization
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin preferred
