What You Will Do
Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital. Performs complex scheduling and referral activities, and mentors and guides other Surgical Services Coordinators.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in surgical services coordination or similar clinical/administrative role
- Advanced knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, and financial clearance processes
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR and understanding of clinical departments
- Experience supporting workflow and process improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate complex scheduling and referral activities
- Ability to mentor and guide other Surgical Services Coordinators
