Senior Sustainable Building Commissioning Specialist

The Senior Commissioning Specialist acts as lead commissioning on all building/project types for new construction. They may lead or support Leads to commission complex new and existing buildings and support projects in creating deliverables and completing site visits.

What You Will Do

Complete design reviews in compliance with LEED and Title 24. Prepare and maintain Cx documentation such as owner’s project requirements (OPR), Cx Plan, Training Plan, Cx Report, and Systems Manual. Complete site visits for all building types.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., engineering, architecture, construction management, environmental science, sustainability, planning, or related disciplines. 8+ years of experience in a complimentary field of green building or sustainability project management with 5+ years of experience in building commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., engineering, architecture, construction management, environmental science, sustainability, planning, or related disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in a complimentary field of green building or sustainability project management with 5+ years of experience in building commissioning
• CxP credential
• Professional Engineer (PE) and 5+ years of experience working hands on with HVAC/BAS controls, electrical/renewable energy systems, and existing building energy auditing strongly preferred
