Role Overview

The Senior Systems Administrator / DT Site Lead is responsible for the administration, operation, and lifecycle management of Digital Technology infrastructure while serving as the primary DT point of contact for the site. This position combines hands-on technical responsibilities with site-level operational leadership, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across enterprise DT service organizations.

What You Will Do

Administer, maintain, monitor, and support Windows-based server and workstation environments and associated infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, authentication, connectivity, and application issues.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • U.S. Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related technology environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and Windows client operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, network printing, and enterprise authentication technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, operating system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Experience executing infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, or technology refresh projects.
  • Experience working across multiple technical teams and coordinating resolution of complex operational issues.
