Job Description
The Department of Social Services (DSS) is recruiting for a Senior Systems Administrator to supervise server administrators, design, develop, and implement cloud solutions, and provide technical leadership to staff.

Requirements

  • Permanently in the Computer Specialist (Software) Civil Service Title
  • Supervise Server Administrators
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with development teams to analyze application behavior, troubleshoot usability and performance issues
  • Ensure the web servers' hardware and software are operating accurately
  • Troubleshoot all issues with developers, various infrastructure teams, and vendors
  • Implement security hardening measures, monitor vulnerabilities, and maintain web servers and application security
