Role OverviewThe Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Network Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and cybersecurity protection of all Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) client and server systems. This role works closely with team members and cross-functional departments to update, monitor, and maintain servers and workstations across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software, and allocating mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.

Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- Security+ or an equivalent certification
- Strong background in server administration
- Linux+ or Microsoft certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance
