Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to help manage and expand our Microsoft 365 technology environment, with a focus on Power Platform, AI enablement, identity integrations, and enterprise application connectivity. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems administration, cloud platforms, security, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
What You Will Do
You will provide senior-level administration and technical support across Microsoft 365, with an emphasis on Power Platform, AI capabilities, and application integrations. You will also manage identity and application integrations within Microsoft Entra ID, oversee the lifecycle of enterprise application integrations, and evaluate and onboard internal and third-party applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience supporting or administering Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, or enterprise collaboration technologies
- Professional experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in a production environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance, Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise application integrations, application registrations, service identities, permissions, and authentication, Microsoft 365 administration and associated service integrations, Power Platform environments, solutions, capacity, and lifecycle management, Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI enablement, low-code/no-code governance, enterprise application integration and access management, IT service management, documentation, and change management
